Bjorn Pave is an innovative thought leader and influential IT executive with 20 years experience managing security, IT operations, and application teams globally in SMB, midsize, and enterprise markets. Bjorn is Sr. Director of IT for Neon Redwood, leading information technology and corporate cybersecurity.

Prior to joining Neon Redwood, Bjorn was Sr. Director of IT at Yellowbrick Data, where he led IT strategy, security, cloud operations, enterprise applications, and IT operations globally. While at Yellowbrick, Bjorn was responsible for developing and supporting infrastructure for a rapid go-to-market strategy, evolving a high-performance data warehouse appliance into a Kubernetes-based public cloud product.

Bjorn led IT for the hyper-growth unicorn Verkada, Inc., where he helped scale the company from 160 to over 1,000 employees in two years; media company POPSUGAR, Inc., where he developed a proven methodology for cloud governance that resulted in significant cost-saving and improved security; and Benefit Cosmetics-LVMH, where he thoughtfully implemented a shared services model that improved costs and efficiencies across the global beauty brand.

Bjorn graduated with a bachelor’s degree in political science from San Francisco State University. He also holds an MBA from the University of San Francisco, Masagung School of Business.
