Jesse Ruegg is an IT leader with 15 years experience in strategic planning, project management, and people management roles. Jesse is Senior Systems Manager for Neon Redwood, working in information technology and cybersecurity.

Prior to joining Neon Redwood, Jesse was Manager of Enterprise Ops & Enablement at Cruise where he built ITAM and Support teams to empower a global hybrid workforce. In this role he was primarily responsible for overseeing worker lifecycling, ITAM, IT procurement, and delivering large hardware deployment projects to enable the go-to-market strategy.

Jesse led IT for the consumer hardware company PAX Labs, where he oversaw the full spectrum of IT services for the high-growth, post-revenue startup, and developed a robust full-remote support model to ensure business continuity during the global pandemic. As an independent consultant, Jesse delivered managed services to SMBs and oversaw technology projects for a wide variety of clients.

Jesse is professionally credentialed as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). He holds a BS in Developmental Biology and Genetics and a BA in German Studies.
