Sally Dobosiewicz, CPA, leads Venture Services at Neon Redwood. She leverages her expertise to optimize clients' financial, accounting, and regulatory processes, focusing on venture capital, private equity, and alternative investment verticals. She has guided clients and companies through complex M&A scenarios and private equity transactions.

Prior to joining Neon Redwood, Sally worked at a publicly traded large-cap REIT specializing in SEC reporting, consolidations, and equity accounting. Sally has spent most of her career in public accounting firms auditing private equity funds to large-accelerated filers. Sally holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, San Diego.
